Information regarding BREXIT and orders to the UK
When importing items outside of the EU, this may incur a customs inspection which we provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for any custom duties or how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Taxes and duties
Orders outside of the EU are shipped on a DAP (delivered at place) service, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country.

Return information
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it.

You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned unworn and unwashed. All original packaging needs to be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

Because we're not a big fashion retailer and we have a mission to lower our environmental footprint, we are unable to pay for return shipping costs. When returning a garment, these costs will have to be covered by yourself.

Please use your local and most reliable carrier. If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.

To save paper we do not add a return form. We kindly ask you to download the return form using the link below. The return form needs to be printed and filled in completely.

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 5 working days to be processed. Please note that processing times can be longer WHEN WE HAVE ONGOING EVENTS.

Returns outside the EU
Please clearly mark the goods as RETURN on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur during returning will not be refunded by Intercell.

How to return your order

  1. Get in touch with your local and most reliable carrier (and ship with tracking so you have proof of the shipment)
  2. Buy a shipping label that suits the package (weight & size).
  3. Print the label and put it on top of the old shipment label.
  4. Send the items (unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached) in the original box with the protective packaging and a filled return form.
  5. For countries outside of the EU when returning goods by mail please declare the package as ‘’returned goods’’ with no commercial value to avoid unforeseen custom duties.
  6. We will issue a refund when your return has reached our office and once we have verified the condition of the garment. If you have chosen for a different size, we will process your new package as fast as possible.

Refunds and exchanges

As soon as we have received your return at our office - we will start processing the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to arrive in your bank account, depending on your chosen payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online. We will send you a voucher code for the correct sized item. You will have to cover shipping costs again.
