ARE THERE ANY EVENTS COMING UP?

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO GET IN?

The minimum age for our events is 18+.

UNTIL WHAT TIME CAN I ENTER THE EVENT?

Usually, our doors close two hours before the end of the event. We will also share a last info post containing information about entering on our social media platforms prior to the event.

WILL THERE BE LOCKERS?

Regularly, we will have online locker sale before the event. Please see the event description or our latest announcement posts. Lockers will also be available to rent at the venue. Scan the QR code on the walls at the entry. Please check our social media or the online event for online locker sale ahead of the event.

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Please visit our official webshop and see what tickets are still available. If an event is sold out, please only use TicketSwap to avoid scams.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TICKETS?

After buying your ticket, you will find a confirmation email in your mailbox. Please check your spam and trash can.

WHAT CAN I DO WHEN I LOST MY TICKET CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you cannot find a confirmation email in your mail- or spam, or trash can you might have entered the wrong email address. Please visit the Eventix "I lost my ticket" tool or reach out to tickets@eventix.nl, and they will resend the confirmation.

HOW DO I AVOID TICKET SCAMS?

When buying tickets, please only use our official shop or TicketSwap for re-sold tickets. We work with a 'Secure Swap' system. This means that you will only be able to download the ticket some time before the start of the event, and this will be a new ticket with another unique code. THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT. WHERE CAN I BUY RE-SOLD TICKETS?

When an event is sold out, we advise you to only buy tickets at TicketSwap to avoid scams. If we have door sale tickets, we will announce this on our social media / in the event. Please note: we will not provide any guest lists randomly. When an event is sold out, we have to take the capacity of the venue into account, and therefore we have to be very strict with our total visitor count.

WILL THERE BE EXTRA DOOR SALE TICKETS?

When an event is sold out we usually don't do door tickets. If we do, we will announce this in the online event or at our social media channels.

WHO CAN I REACH OUT TO WHEN I'M HAVING AN ISSUE BUYING TICKETS ONLINE?

If you are having issues buying tickets online, please reach out to our ticketing provider Eventix at tickets@eventix.nl

CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON THE TICKET?

We don't check names with tickets at the door. This means it won't be necessary to change a name on a ticket. It is totally normal that the name of the buyer is on the ticket.

CAN I SWAP MY TICKET FOR ANOTHER EVENT?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to swap tickets for other events. If there are no ongoing refunding periods because of moved or cancelled events, we advise you to use TicketSwap to re-sell your ticket(s) and avoid scams.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER/EARLY TICKET ACCESS?

If you would like to keep updated with the latest news and get early ticket access, please sign up for our newsletter.

DO I NEED MY ID/PASSPORT TO GET IN?

You will need official documents (driver's license, ID or passport) to get in. Our security staff will check age at the doors. We don't check names with tickets.

CAN I TAKE MY CAMERA (OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL GEAR) TO THE EVENT?

Because of intellectual property right on any material and protection of our visitor's privacy, it's not allowed to bring any cameras or other professional gear into the venue.

CAN I FLYER/STICKER AT THE EVENT?

All promotional material is prohibited. If we see someone spreading this, the person will be removed from the venue.

CAN I BRING MEDICINE?

Yes, you can bring any medication to the venue. Please bring a doctor's receipt to be sure.

CAN I BRING MARIJUANA TO THE EVENT?

You can bring two grams of marijuana (no pre-rolled joints).

DO YOU SELL CIGARETTES?

We don't sell cigarettes at our events. Please bring enough yourself.

DO YOU SELL FOOD AT THE EVENTS?

We always make sure to have certain food items available at the food counter.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINKS?

It's not allowed to bring liquids into the event. If you have allergies or have any other legitimate reason to bring your own food, please reach out to info@intercell.events for confirmation.

WILL VEGETARIAN/VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE FOOD BE AVAILABLE?

We only sell vegetarian and vegan food at our events. If you have any kind of allergy (gluten or so), please reach out to info@intercell.events for confirmation so you can bring your own.

WHAT MUSIC WILL BE PLAYED? WILL THERE BE TECHNO?

Intercell promotes transcendent techno orientated electronic music event. This means that we do not only program techno, but it is leading. Please have a listen to each artist on the line-up before you decide to go to the event.

WHEN ARE YOU GONNA RELEASE THE LINE-UP/TIMETABLE?

Our timetable releases will be released according to our content planning. These moments can vary. Please wait until you see the announcements on our social media.

WHEN WILL YOU RELEASE THIS SET ON SOUNDCLOUD/YOUTUBE?

We always tend to release as much sets as possible on all platforms as soon as possible. Artists themselves have the final say in whether they would like to put it live and where. This means

CAN I PLAY AT YOUR EVENT/RECORD A PODCAST FOR YOU?

Thanks for your offer, but we don't accept any proposals or mixes. We select artists for our events and our podcast series ourselves. Keep up to good work!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

There is no dress code. Please keep in mind that light-emitting clothing or accessories are not allowed. It's allowed to wear any kind of chained clothing, but watch out for any sharp parts.

IS THE EVENT INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Depending on the venue and the season, our events will be in- or outdoor. Events held at our home grounds: the H7 Warehouse & De Binnenplaats (our courtyard) are respectively held indoors (H7), and outdoors (courtyard).

WHERE CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE?

Depending on the stock we have left of newly announced items, merch will be sold at our events. Please also see our online merchandise shop.

WHERE CAN I MAKE A BUSINESS PROPOSAL?

CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

We only offer refunds when refunding periods are ongoing. These occur when events get rescheduled or cancelled. If you would like to re-sell your ticket(s), please only use TicketSwap to avoid scams.

DID YOU FIND ANY STUFF AFTER THE EVENT? (LOST & FOUND)

If we find any items at the venue, we will keep them apart. Please reach out to lostandfound@intercell.events to check if we have found your item.
