HOW CAN I Return MY ORDER?
Please note: items should be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship all of our products worldwide. If you can’t ship to your country, please send an email to hello@intercell.events.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. These prices do not include customs fees or other taxes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO MY PLACE?
We ship your order within 2–3 days after it is placed*. Below is an estimate of the delivery time from that moment onward.
- Netherlands: 1 – 4 business days
- Europe: 4 – 15 business days
- Worldwide: 15 – 25 business days
*If a product has a different shipment date than normal, this is noted on the productpage.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Every shipping option includes track & trace. You receive the tracking information via e-mail.
What about import fees?
