We are Intercell, an Amsterdam-based electronic music collective and events platform.

Through our website, online shop, ticketing partners and digital channels, we collect certain data. Below, we explain how we handle it.

When you interact with us by purchasing tickets, ordering merchandise, signing up for our newsletter, or visiting our site, we may collect:

  • Event attendance (via ticketing)

  • Send updates about upcoming Intercell events and merchandise drops (via email; you can unsubscribe at any time)

We only share your data with trusted partners and service providers that help us run Intercell:

  • Ticketing partners (Resident Advisor, Eventix, or selected local ticketing providers, only for the event you purchased tickets for)
  • Our email platform (Mailchimp)
  • Our shop platform (Shopify)
  • Customer service (Helpscout)
  • Analytics and ad platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok)

Your data is never sold or shared for use outside the Intercell ecosystem.

When we collaborate with external promoters or use local ticketing providers, they are only allowed to use your data in the context of an Intercell event.

International Data processing

Some of our partners, such as Mailchimp, Meta, TikTok and Helpscout, may process data outside the European Union. We take care to work with services that comply with EU data protection standards.

Our website uses cookies for:

  • Advertising and remarketing (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel)
