Head of Content & Socials
Artists for President, the company behind Intercell, is looking for a sharp, creative coordinator with a strong sense of style, strategy and storytelling. Someone who knows how to build a brand digitally, manage content workflows, and turn ideas into content that sticks.
As Head of Content & Socials, you’ll shape the digital identity of Intercell and Artists for President. You’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team to create content that inspires, surprises and strengthens our brands.
About Artists for President
At Artists for President, we produce over 100 events per year, from intimate club nights to large-scale warehouse events and everything in between. With Intercell, we’re building a global platform for electronic music, focused on powerful branding and online impact. Artists for President develops concert shows for leading artists, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

About the role
- You develop original content formats, storylines and recurring concepts that drive recognition, growth and surprise across our channels.
- You spot trends and translate them into creative content, from viral posts to new digital series.
- You’re responsible for all organic content across social media, email, YouTube and our websites.
- You guard the tone of voice and ensure that all communication, both visual and written, aligns with our brand identity.
- You coordinate the full process: from concept and planning to creation, delivery and publishing.
- You work closely with the Art Director (visual identity), Video Content Lead (format development) and Marketing Strategist (campaigns).
- You handle part of the posting yourself, manage a junior or intern for operational support, and coordinate with external freelancers.
- During events, you ensure smooth content production and keep all contributors aligned around one consistent output.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar content role, preferably within the cultural or live event sector.
- Strong marketing instincts and the ability to position a brand across audience, platform and context.
- You’re full of ideas, keep a close eye on trends and know how to create content that engages, gets shared, and makes an impression.
- You write fluent, creative English and tailor your tone of voice to each platform.
- You’re highly organized, confident in planning and managing creative workflows.
- You take initiative, take ownership, and don’t leave loose ends.
- You have natural leadership skills, you know how to motivate and structure others.
- A sharp eye for style, language and storytelling.
- You combine creative thinking with a hands-on mentality: you ideate and execute.
- A deep passion for electronic music and digital culture.
- You’re available full-time and speak fluent Dutch.
