Internship Content Creation

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Social Media & Video Editing Intern at Intercell, you'll be a key part of our digital content team, supporting the creation and editing of video content that engages our community and amplifies our brand across social media. This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of events and music while enhancing your creative and technical skills in video editing & concepting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in editing and producing high-quality video content for social media, including short-form videos, reels, and stories that capture the energy of Intercell’s events.
• Help select and organize footage to showcase the best moments and highlights, making sure each piece reflects Intercell’s unique brand style and voice.
• Support the content creation team in maintaining an organized digital asset library, ensuring easy access to event footage and media.
• Edit videos to meet platform-specific guidelines and trends, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok.
• Track and analyze video engagement metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future content strategy.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing, video content creation, and digital trends.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and their best practices for video content.
• Basic video editing skills and experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch & English.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about the event industry and electronic music.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
