Techno is constantly evolving. How do you see your sound adapting in the coming years, and what keeps you inspired in an ever-changing scene?

Over the past few years, my sound has evolved into something rawer and rougher, more stripped-down but still intense, with a strong focus on groove and hypnotic elements. I see it continuing in that direction, always pushing deeper into that intensity. For me, intensity is one of the most important aspects of techno. It’s not about how hard or fast the music is, but about how deeply it resonates, how it creates a sense of urgency and immersion, something that pulls you in and keeps you engaged, both physically and mentally.

And when it comes to what keeps me inspired in such an ever-changing scene, it’s always the connection with the crowd, their energy, their response, the exchange of emotions. Their constant support, not just in the club but in every way, is what gives me the energy to keep going.

Every venue has its own energy. Levenslang, with its past as a prison, carries a certain weight. Do you adjust your approach to match the space, or do you impose your own sonic structure onto it?

I definitely adjust my approach, not only to the space and its character but also to the crowd, the time slot (opening, peak time, or closing set), the type of event (a club night is not the same as a festival)… I believe a DJ must know how to adapt to the moment and read the crowd in real time to take them on a proper journey.

Intercell, like many clubs, enforces a no-phone policy. How do you think this shapes the dancefloor energy?

It shapes it completely. Without phones, people aren’t distracted and can fully focus on what truly matters—the music, the dancing, the lights, the visuals, and the overall experience. It creates a more authentic atmosphere that allows the crowd to close their eyes, let go, and truly enjoy the moment. This full immersion builds a deeper connection between everyone on the dancefloor.
